Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this, Sandra, and how your practice looks on a daily basis.
I've never liked hitting the ground running in the morning. I have always enjoyed my life and my days much more when I've been able to have a slow start and ease into the morning.
Meditation has played a part in that at various times, and when it hasn't been meditation, there's been something else that works - Tai Chi or other journalling for example.
