Thank you, Tamara!!! I was going to include a few of his comments, but this was already long and I had to cut out quite a lot that I wanted to share.

I saw him 20 years later as a customer when I was a hostess in an Italian restaurant. Told the staff what a jerk he was. The waitresses were so funny, saying they'd do awful things to his food for me (they didn't). We were joking about him the whole night. I don't know if he recognised me as a former patient - I looked a lot different by then. But oh, how I wanted to confront him in front of the others at his table, and point out what an evil SOB he was. Didn't want to lose my job though!
