Thank you, Ted. Yeah, it was pretty spectacular. Not the way I intended to arrive at being an official "senior" a couple of months later :(

As for the Tai Chi - it took almost the full 2 years for me to even be able to try it, and to be fair, I don't do some of the moves at all well!! But I do them to the best of my ability.

I missed doing Tai Chi, and one of the goals I set for myself during my recovery was to get back to those 108 forms. I trust I'll keep improving over time!! Something to work toward.

I also have some chair Tai Chi videos I purchased a while ago but haven't tried yet. Too stubborn. The Chair thing makes me think of feeble old people and I don't want to be one of them!

But I will take on board what you said. I realise my attitude is silly. I just hate to give in to something without trying as much as I can first!
