I've been investigating this whole newsletter thing today - and it turns out the newsletter feature for publications would still show as a pretty normal post on my profile. I could say in the description about the weekly sharing so people would know about it when they sign up, therefore agreeing to it, but I can't find any information about whether this is a problem.

I've seen lots of pub owners doing this regularly in posts so maybe it's okay?? I'm just afraid to risk it and end up in hot water.

The other option is to do a newsletter off Medium, but that comes with its own set of complications.

Maybe it would be okay to share the stories but not tag people. I can't imagine that's a problem!

Cripes. Not how I wanted to spend my day but I've been digging and reading and trying to sort out a landing page on MailerLite (can't remember how and I hate that stuff!) and now I've ended up back on Medium and the newsletter feature!

I need a nap!
