Joining zoom on an iPad is as easy as a computer. The wonky internet - well, I can't help you there! I trust you'll be sleeping peacefully while we're wreaking a little internet havoc and if there's enough interest from people in the "it's too late/early for me" time zones, perhaps I'll do another one of these.

We're likely to have wildfires in Alberta, as we do every year (last year we set a record - they raged for months, and even though they were a few hundred miles north of Calgary, the smoke was so bad here for a lot of the summer that we had to keep windows closed and you could see a haze outside. Can't imagine what it was like closer to the fires.

Hopefully, this year will be different from most years and maybe we'll have minimal forest fires. It's a super dry climate with a vast expanse of forests and open fields. Most fires are started by lightning.

Fingers crossed it's a wet summer!
