Thanks for sharing your anxiety. Hope you don't mind my mentioning something that I intend to be helpful...as a (Certified) Law of Attraction Coach, I wanted to offer a thought...the more you look at your stats with anxiety and dread, and the more you expect poor results, the more you'll get of the same.

What if...you shifted those thoughts? What if you started to view even "a few reads" as progress? Better than no reads, right? What if you shifted to a place of anticipation and expectation of good results? What if you allowed yourself to become excited to see that people are reading your work? And that you earned money?

Or what if you just focused on feeling gratitude for being able to write well and to express yourself and share your wisdom and stories? If you focus on the joy of being creative and don't even think about the outcome, this will also help.

Or if you can at least shift to a place of gratitude and joy about the readers and earnings you do have, you increase your chances of getting more of both.

I know there are many others who feel the same way you do; you're not alone! Others write about the same kinds of feelings. Thanks for sharing :)
