I first heard of the Johari window when studying social work back in the Dark Ages…! 🤣 I’ve thought of it many, many times over the years. Something about it stuck with me. It’s often popped up as a reminder that someone’s comments about me might have more truth than I realise (whether positive or negative) and perhaps it’s worth examining.
