Thanks so much for sharing this, Sara. I've struggled with this a lot in my life, having always been ultra responsible, especially as a single parent when there was no one else to get stuff done but me.

More recently as I've been trying to get back to some sort of normal life while still recovering from my injury and CRPS, it is a challenge. I want to be blasting through creative projects that are fun, but I'm exhausted most of the time.

I hear you, my lovely. You are not alone, and for what it's worth, I support you in slowing down and taking the best care of yourself and your time as you're able to do.
