Thanks so much for your kind message, Sara. The post office would not be helpful. I'm dealing with Printful, a print-on-demand drop-ship company that is integrated with Witchy's website.

This means that I've uploaded Witchy's artwork to Printful's website, which is connected to her store.

So a customer orders off Witchy's shop, and that order goes directly to Printful. They produce the item using the art file I've uploaded (mugs, T-shirts, etc.) and then they send the item directly to the customer.

Printful has printing locations in a few different parts of the world, and each one ships to certain regions.

They also handle all returns and customer issues.

All I do is upload the images I want on specific items, and connect each item to a listing on the website shop. Printful does the rest.

And yep, definitely frustrated and a lot of head-banging - or hair-pulling!! LOL!

Thank you for your sweet message!! 💜
