The thing is…it’s not about Medium. And it’s not about writers. It’s about people. They are the same wherever you go. Some are fear-based and it shows in the negative behaviours you’ve mentioned. Others come from a place of love. The platform, the job, the organization, the family, the neighbourhood…none of it matters. You will find both kinds of people everywhere.

The only control we have about this is in how we respond to them (or don’t). I stay in the positivity lane and do not give these people my happiness by letting them bother me.
