This is excellent, Trish! I've done daily journalling most of my life - the 'dump' at the end of the day, a nice bridge between everything else, and sleep. I'm also trying to get back into the habit of the planning kind of journal. It's proving to be a little difficult for various reasons - a big one being just that I got so far off track in the past few years with a lot of health issues and house moves - too much upheaval and not working, just healing - so now I'm rejoining the world and oh boy, it's tough to plan - and follow through!
