This is so, so good! Thank you for your detailed article and outlining how each portion of the day affects us. I've had a terrible erratic lifestyle for many years but in recent months have been working toward changing it and living more the way your grandmothers did - well, at least in terms of general timing of wake/sleep/meals, if not being so rigid!
