This is such an excellent piece, Nicole!! Loaded with great insights. I especially love what you said about previous choices creating what we're experiencing now, and current choices creating what lies ahead. Very sobering ... it's too easy for people to forget how important their decisions are.

Also love all you wrote about not doing what doesn't feel right, or that it's okay to change course when that happens. All too often, we get stuck on feeling like we're giving up instead of just accepting that something isn't right for us anymore.
