Well…I’m in his camp about the services!! I loved them during my years in England!
BUT…I totally get that you were joking. I’m surprised he took it so seriously!! I’d see it as something playful.

Maybe there was something deeper going on for him? Some other reason why he was sensitive about the whole thing? I’d be curious about that.

On the plus side, he did apologise. That’s important!!
