Wow! Fantastic!! As I read your list of activities, I began to remember that I used to be like that, too, when I still had a family with me ... especially during my single parenting days and at one point juggling five part-time jobs with four of my kids still at home (ages 3 to 13 at that time).
I'm working on getting back to a more normal life after a few hard years of health issues and other challenges. It's been helpful to read your list and remember how I used to be. I'd forgotten that I could be so productive and organised.
Now if I can battle my way through the residual health stuff and get back to that place, I'll be very happy!
Oh - and PS - how can anyone be allergic to leftovers??! They're the best!! I always loved Mondays and Tuesdays for dinner after my mum would do her Sunday dinner thing. Hot beef sandwiches - all that lovely beef and gravy on a piece of bread - YUM! Or fried mashed potatoes, with a golden crispy crust. Or stick the beef, gravy, leftover veg, potatoes, all of it in one pan - yes please, a mini-stew-ish sort of thing!
Leftover stew or casseroles - you name it - yum!
I still love eating leftovers (for breakfast, especially!)
