Thank you for sharing your deep truth and wisdom. I have a daughter who used to be such a sweet, lovely, kind young girl and by 20 was well on her way to being Veronica. She’s “full on” there now, has been for years and it’s so so ugly. I can’t have a relationship with her. She is just vile, with occasional glimpses at the sweet and loving child she used to be. I pray she gets sober before she dies and early, horrible death but I can’t see it.
