Yay!! Another splendiferous article loaded with nuggets of wisdom (as opposed to nougats of non-wisdom!)

This is such great advice. My 'big stuff' one thing is Coke (the drink...not the 'other kind'!). I don't like all that sugar and whatever else they put in it, BUT... my sleep-deprivation issues make it a necessity. Okay, I wouldn't die without it. But it's the only thing that helps the headache and brain fog, the awful cotton-itchy-eye thing, and allows me to get through a day and be productive.

I think in part it's the caffeine (I can't drink coffee, it makes me very very very sick). Sometimes strong tea will help - but it's never quite the same. However, a can of Coke puts me right.

My homeopath suspected it might be the phosphoric acid in it, because Phos-ac (as a homeopathic remedy) has done me loads of good over the years.

I manage to go off it now and then and not buy any and then I suffer for those days or weeks on many days because I feel so fuzzy-headed and non-functional, it's miserable. And then not getting much done makes me feel worse. :(

This one is a huge struggle. I know it would help a lot to STOP. But I don't have a suitable replacement and I need to function. Sigh.

Anyhoo, thanks for another fab read! This makes so much sense! And mega thanks for another shout-out and share of my story!! That was so lovely of you!

And thank you for choosing HHH to publish!! 💜💜💜
