Yes, it was a tornado. And yeah, "Sister" - we knew she wasn't gonna come back.

Too funny about "Mr Sprock" saying all he wanted was the kitchen table! All that "fornicating" on it! LOL!

And yeah, I was worried about the awful ex - and wasn't her mother just NASTY?? (Although Sally Field is one of my all-time favourite actresses!)

And Forney - wasn't he just the sweetest?? After we found out why he was so grumpy...

I loved the bit about the ex and his biz relationship with Ruth Meyer - she was hilarious - squashing that cockroach with her shoe while listening to his audition.

And years later, when Novalee heard his song on the radio and shut it off "something about that guy's voice rubbed her the wrong way" or whatever it was she said. So funny! Had no idea it was the ex!

I also loved the bit where Novalee went on a date and then thought she was pregnant - and did that jumping backward thing to try to make it go away!!! LOL!

Yeah, her acting was terrific - and Ashley's too.
