I was thinking of you - again - this morning when I woke after three hours of sleep. It was four hours before I finally drifted off again.

Yesterday was vile. I didn't get to sleep till 8 a.m., then only had three hours. I really do understand how miserable it is to have insomnia. I feel for you!!! 💜 Maybe the day of the call will be a good one and you'll have got to sleep a little earlier! We can hope! 💜
