Yeah...it's often the really sweet and loving ones who do this. Like Brian, about whom I wrote in my piece about discovering my abilities as a medium. He was painfully sensitive. His beloved mum died when he was just 16 (I met him when he was 20). He was devastated, and his father was an angry, somewhat abusive man who just didn't appreciate Brian for who he was. It was an awful situation.

And so interesting that Brian chose to kill himself in the early morning hours of Father's Day. The final "F*** you" I guess.

I'm glad the "what ifs" have settled to some extent. I do appreciate how you must have been feeling, though - I had the same issues with Brian. When we lived together (and before/after) he would occasionally slide into an angry depressed place and talk about suicide. I never really thought he'd do it. I tried to help but was useless. Always felt like I should have tried harder. I was young and had no clue, really. No idea what to say or how to deal with it.

So I get how it can feel to wish you could have done more.

Thanks for the hugs - more back to you! And...just have to say, I appreciate you.
