Yes, a few weeks ago, dear friend went to bed one night and his wife discovered his death in the morning. They were blissfully happy together for 38 years. Can't believe he's gone.

I had my first heart attack in my last 30s - with no risk factors, underweight, non-smoker, rarely drank, had a healthy diet, loads of exercise ... sometimes weird things happen. Life is so unpredictable.
