Yes, I'd be in trouble without them, as I don't have a car (couldn't physically drive with this injury until very recently, and as I've managed just fine without one, I think I'll continue to be car-less. I'm pretty much a homebody and can't justify the massive expensive anymore).

I also have one friend who comes over for an evening every month or 6 weeks. He and I go do whatever errands I might want, usually something exciting like Walmart (for stuff I can't find online) or maybe Costco (ooo big outing, haha!). And we grab some fast food for dinner (and it always ends in a DQ cone!) and then come back here for tea and conversation. He's a great pal; we've been friends for 30 years.

That's pretty much it for my social life (I'm happy with that). I have everything I need. And there's Uber or a taxi if I ever have to do anything during the day - and it's been nearly a year since I had to call them!

My needs are few! 💜
