YESSSS! This is so good!

I suspect a lot of people - no, MOST of them, ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†, (kidding) need that adrenaline rush because they're missing something. I mean, perhaps they feel empty, abandoned, alone, depressed, or they're trying to stuff or ignore emotional pain or other issues, low self-esteem etc. That blast of adrenaline is a great way to hide.

You touched on this, I'm just looking at it another way.

But yeah - feeling empty, need to numb or distract - for whatever reason. NOT helpful in the long run.

Thank you for another excellent piece and for choosing HHH to publish it. We are so blessed to be 'home' for your beautiful words! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ
