Your comment isn't ridiculously long!! You can write as much as you like and I'm happy to receive it! Thank you!!

But this will likely be longer than yours, so I apologise in advance! Hehe!

I have ADD too (I don't have the H component anymore) and along with some other bits of alphabet soup with C-PTSD and CRPS, all kinds of reasons for my brain and focus to be challenged! So I get it!

That's why I was so daunted by Plottr.

But that webinar really helped.

I'm sorry my screenshots are confusing and not helping you.

It would probably be easier for you on a webinar where you can ask questions and see the whole thing in action. I'm just trying to give a snippet here of what's possible and how it's helping me, in hopes that it might be useful for others, too.

I'm glad you're up for the challenge of learning how to tame your pantser so you can work on a long-term project. I'm doing it - even with my brain that doesn't function as well as it used to do. If I can do it, I'm sure you can, too! Just gotta be patient and take teeny steps. You'll be fine!

In case it's helpful, I found the Scrivener channel on YouTube and here's a 4-minute 'beginners' video in case you want to have a peek and PAUSE IT A LOT! Hehe! I sure do that when watching instructional videos! I don't like this guy's manner of speech, but the info is good:
