You're not signing up for anything. It just generates an email to me. This is so I don't have to have my email address on my website, because bots pick up on those and spam a person into oblivion.

You just have to put in your name, email, I think it wants a subject (you can just put Hello! Or whatever you want) - and your message - whatever you would put in a private note or an email to me.

I'm the only one who reads it, so no worries.

No signing up - just sending an email but using a form to do it.
